Yes, I am fully aware that I act like a small child when I'm at Lights at the Zoo. Whatever. I cannot wait to go next week!

I've convinced my family to spend some time in Charlotte this year. But... now I have to figure out what to do. Beyond a Panthers Stadium Tour & checking out a couple of breweries in South End... I have no idea! Any suggestions??

FIVE days until Christmas!!!!!! Yes!

& it's totally legit to just now be sending out Christmas cards, right? Right.

Sounds like a lot of wonderful things to look forward to over Christmas!! I just sent out my last few Christmas Cards yesterday - better late than never!!

I love your collections of pictures at the Zoo. How fun!

For ideas:
~Mint Museum or Bechtler in Uptown with lunch at Halcyon
~Drive through the neighborhood near Southpark. Those mansions are always so decked out! Also, shopping at Southpark is always fun.
~Breweries in NoDa are awesome, too!
~Hiking Crowder's
~Antiquing at Sleepy Poet

What a perfect next week you have planned!! So jealous that you have 9 days off….enjoy your family time! And i'm not familiar with charlotte, but I'm sure there a ton of great restaurants to try! :)

Just found your blog from the link-up and got so excited to see you ask ideas for Charlotte! Here are my top favorite things to do in the Queen City:
-Lunch at Tupelo Honey (off of South Blvd.)
-Dessert at the world famous Amelies Cafe (located in NODA and open 24/7
-Shopping at Southpark
-Any of the Levine Museum's!

I just love this! We try to make it to the zoo lights every year too! It's such a fun family tradition!
