October?! Are you kidding me? It's really October already? I've been waiting for this month for awhile. It has a lot of great things going on.
- a lot of pumpkins {but nothing pumpkin flavored, ew}
- 3 weekends in Clemson for football & a week day in Clemson for work
- something really awesome that's happening on October 14th that I'm not allowed to talk about yet although I've told about a dozen people oops my bad
- cooler weather for running
- Kiawah! The sixty days without Kiawah is over on October 31 woo hoo!
- and the Seahawks come to town to take on the Panthers
Told y'all, I've been waiting for this month to roll around for quite some time now.

Hey remember that time I built a table and then you never heard about it again? That's because it's been sitting in Patrick's garage waiting for a back to be applied to it and a second coat of paint. Looks like that second coat of paint is going to happen back up in Charlotte because I've got to get my table up here and I'm not waiting any longer.

3.75 miles on Sunday.
4.5 miles on Tuesday.
3.1 miles on Wednesday.
5 miles on Thursday.
{that's 4.5 if you couldn't tell}
16.35 miles in one week and 12.6 of those miles within 3 days. Can't say that's ever happened before! I will tell you though that the Sunday runs are miserable when you spend the entire day before tailgating at a football game, especially when you decide to tackle a hilly route.
71 days until the Kiawah Half!

Gilmore Girls is on Netflix.
Never mind the fact that I know what happens in every single episode and about half the lines. Or fact that I have all seven seasons in DVD. You can also ignore the fact that I've seen the entire series dozens of times.
Everyone who knows me, especially those who have ever lived with me, knows that this is going to be a typical evening for me over the next month or so.

I received an exciting piece of mail this week allllll the way from my favorite person in London. Snail mail can actually be kind of fun sometimes.
